[Qgis-developer] Problem compiling PyQGIS binding on Win32 w/MSVC

Hi Gary,

I haven't seen such message before, but actually I haven't tried to
build qgis with bindings with MSVC.
Couldn't be this just a broken build? Rebuilding doesn't help?
