[Qgis-developer] New Installer for Qgis 0.9.1

Hi All,

A new installer is available with recommended version of grass 6.3RC3  
and the best version of GDAL I could get to work with Xerces - r12630  
in the 1.5.0a (GDAL trunk). Hope it works for you. Enjoy.
