[Qgis-developer] New Installer for Qgis 0.9.1 for Windows[Scanned]

Hi All,

I may not have SQLite setup in my build environment. It has not been
requested. I will put it in today's builds. I usually make one every day
during the Qgis release period.

To not have the SQLite driver would be sad...

No idea- you need to have SQLite present (including devel files)
to get the driver compiled. But it's known to work on Windows AFAIK.
