[Qgis-developer] release branch

Hi Tim,

There has been some confusion about what can be commited to the release branch and what not. So I'd like to ask in order to make sure I'm not commiting the wrong things to release branch. 

Up to know I commited fixes and additional translations to release branch and to trunk ("until the source tarball is created"). Is this how it should be?
