[Qgis-developer] Building 0.9 with MS Visual Studio (Express and otherwise)

I've finally got a patch together (attached this time...) that tweaks the
code to allow it to be built with MS Visual Studio. Most of the changes
account for minor
syntactical oddities. The patch also includes some additions to
INSTALL.t2t.

My current setup that was used to generate the patch contains most plugins
bar the GRASS one. I still have issues with the python bindings so that's
not been tried yet either.

So far I've tried the debug version (which somehow seems more useful at
the moment...) and it loads the sample data from the QGIS website without
problems. It also loads WMS data.

As requested by Tim, I'll start working on a Windows installer for the
various dependencies that should make the whole build process a lot easier.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
David Willis
