Hi

Sorry for my ignnorance but why is it li_LT - is there a variance of
lithuanian you are catering for? Is the normal locale abbreviation for
lithuania? What happens if you save the .qm as qgis_lt.qm and then
start with command line option


qgis --locale lt

Many thanks for contributing your .ts file I will add it to svn. In
response to your issue I have also added a page to options dialog for
locale which includes a combo box list of locales so you can see
exactly which are available for your QGIS version. This will be
available in the upcoming 0.9.1 release.
