[Qgis-developer] Compiling QGIS 0.9 using Microsoft Express 2005

Hi David

Ah thanks I thought the patch was applied already. Ok Ill apply it
tomorrow when Im at work and try to resolve the issue Martin mentioned
and then commit it once they are resolved. I wonder if you could
regenerat your path against current trunk to minimise any conflicts I
may run into?
