[Qgis-developer] 0.10.0 Release branch created - call for packages

My OSX framework-based builds are ready.  I'll wait for the  
announcement to update my download page.

As with my builds since switching to Leopard, separate Tiger and  
Leopard binaries.  You might want to add a note about this on the Qgis  
downloads page. (including the 0.9.1 and 0.9.2rc1 entries)
