[Qgis-developer] Cleaning up stdout for 1.0.0 and qgsmaprender renaming.

Hi

Ok what I'll do is roll back my commenting out changes and wait for
you to do your script based patch to get rid of stdout etc. I will
commit my qgsmaprenderer name change and also some changes that remove
some of the more mundane debug messages.
