[Qgis-developer] Qt4 Port of Almost All GRASS Plugin/Provider

Hi Tom

In the grass tidy up branch, I also worked on porting grass shell
class to qt4. As you said there are a lot of complications with the
port and what I have there works to some extent but isnt bug free
either. Perhaps its useful  for your shell work though - if not or you
have a better approach thats fine too.

I will try to test your patch here on ubuntu over the coming day or two.
