I absolutely agree. In trunk there's a commit of some changes I introduced 
in the GRASS toolbox to fix the multiple layers problem... but it's only a 
workaround, we better need a consistent hack of the GRASS toolbox code to 
let GRASS modules work with multiple layers input in it.
