FYI,
an annoucement from "Geodesy Subcommittee of the OGP Surveying and 
Positioning Committee"/epsg.org for a new release of the epsg dataset:
- there's a 'webservice' now: http://www.epsg-registry.org/
- possibility to "export of the entire EPSG data set as GML 3.2 
dictionaries"
- asking for an opinion about which MsAccess version to use
- partial changelog
