[Qgis-developer] QGIS GRASS shell patch

Hi all.
Lorenzo Masini, a young dev here at Faunalia, has worked on porting the
GRASS shell of the plugin from Qt3 to Qt4, with some improvements:

Work is still in progress, and a few things are missing:
- progress bar
- resizing of the shell
- cut/paste via keyboard shortcuts
But it should be working, and should solve also several other
shell-related bugs (please note that currently the grass shell is barely
usable). It *should* work also on win (untested).
Before going too far, I would appreciate if you could revise the patch
for its eventual inclusion in trunk. If ok, Lorenzo could add the
missing functions, presumably today.
