[Qgis-developer] Bug in gdal16 1.6.1-3 or osgeo4win installer.

OSGEO4WIN, updated yesterday.
After update gdal16 to 1.6.1-3, when starting QGIS I get error message:
"jpeg12_osgeo.dll could not be found". I search all files in my computer
and there is no "jpeg12_osgeo.dll", so I think this file is missing in
the gdal16 package, or maybe in installer scripts. Now I install back
gdal16 1.6.1-2, everythig work OK, and there is "jpeg12_osgeo.dll" in my
OSGEO4WIN folder in bin subfolder.
