[Qgis-developer] PostGisTools Plugin

	Hi Martin.
	I'm glad to hear it. It's actually pretty easy to insert it inside
Postgis Manager as the only difference would be eliminating the
__init__.py.
	Whenever you feel like it, I can add the code to the Manager. Have you
tested the plugin itself yet?
	I think that even though the interface should be inside postgis
manager, the access to the favourites should be from the plugin toolbox.
What do you think?
