[Qgis-developer] python: QgsMapCanvas.enableAntiAliasing(True) has no effect?

Hi,

I am trying to enable antialiasing for my QgsMapCanvas with python.

I use
previewMap.enableAntiAliasing(True)

just after creating the QgsMapCanvas, just after creating it, setting the
CanvasColor and the units.

However, the map layers still draw without antialiasing.

I am using the latest trunk (from today) on Ubuntu 64bit.

Can you confirm that this works at your QGIS installations?
