[Qgis-developer] build qgis-grass plugin on Windows

Wow Godofredo, thanks a lot. This sed script is something magic to me! :)
Does the QGis build chain permit to build only the grass-plugin?

So many questions, I'm sorry, but thi are my very first steps to
compile in the Microsoft env!
