[Qgis-developer] mapserverexport plugin changes

Hi Devs,
Just commited some work on mapserverexport-plugin of Stephan Meissl and 
myself to trunk.
The dialog is better for small screens, and hopefully we made stuff a 
little more intuitive. There is still a long list of TODO's, but we 
think we removed already a lot of potential small problems with it.

Let us know if you find any problems.

Paolo, asked for working 'help'-buttons. Anybody a pointer to some docs 
about how to do this?
