[Qgis-developer] manage plugins: pyhton error

Hi,

I just compiled qgis trunk on ubuntu 10.04 and after activating a core
plugin and playing around a bit with a couple of vectors, when I opened
again "manage plugins" I spotted this python error. I didn't made to
replicate the error.
