confirm the same error on OSX 1.6.5/Python 2.6.1

Couldn't load plugin cswclient due an error when calling its classFactory() method

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/Applications/QGIS.app/Contents/MacOS/../Resources/python/qgis/utils.py", line 138, in startPlugin
    plugins[packageName] = package.classFactory(iface)
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'classFactory'
