You can get PyQt4.4.3 for python2.5 from http://pyqwt.sourceforge.net/

PyQwt3D-0.1.6-Python2.5-Qt4.4.1-PyQt4.4.3-NumPy1.2.0.exe

Then try to find Qt4.4.3, this might be a better approach.
