Hi all.
It should be related to osgeo-setup rather than qgis, but on win it has
been reported that the GRASS module r.in.wms fails with:

r.in.wms mapserver=http://web.rete.toscana.it/sgrwms/com.rt.wms.RTmap
layers=idcomuni srs=EPSG:3003 format=png wmsquery=version=1.1.1
"wgetoptions=-c -t 5 -nv" "curloptions=-C - --retry 5 -s -S" method=nearest
which: wget: unknown command
ls: /dev/fs/C/OSGeo4W/bin/curl: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/which: test: !=: unary operator expected
which: bc: unknown command

'bc' is required, please install it first
Finished with error

So bc (The GNU bc arbitrary precision calculator language) should be added
to the dependencies in the osgeo package?
All the best.
