[Qgis-developer] Pyqt4

Dear all ,

could you please tell me , how can i build pyqt4 on my windows xp machine ?

i tried by following some tutuorial but it does not work, i am new in this
field , anyone please write to me step by step procedure to build pyqt4 on
windows xp (python2.5)
