[Qgis-developer] create "double" boundaries with new symbology engine

Hi Andreas,

thanks a lot for the hint. I almost managed to create a) and b). But I
don't understand exactly how to create a new Dash Dash Dot line with the "use
custom dash pattern" function. Can you give me a hint, how to do this?
