[Qgis-developer] GPSBabel and GPX support in QGIS under Windows?

Hi,

can anybody (probably the Windows packager) tell, if GDAL used in the
current QGIS release for Windows includes GPSBabel and GPX driver support? I
would like to read NMEA data from a GPS device.
