[Qgis-developer] Announcing an early version of the CAPS Scenario Builder

Hi All,

I uploaded the first version of the CAPS Scenario Builder to
http://sourceforge.net/projects/osscripts/

This is a PyQGIS desktop application.  Check out the developer>news section
for information about this app.  

Downloads are available from the summary page or through code>SVN.  I'll be
posting the current development files to SVN soon.
