Migration is one thing and the other is that we are on the one hand lucky to
have so many people who help us translating the manual but on the other
hand only a few people are interested in updating the englisch master
document. So before people can start to translate, we need to update the
manual. Maybe we can encourage more people to update the manual. now that we
have the latex sources in git, if they can use the online tools via github.

I hope I will soon have some time to help and work on this topic/problem.
