[Qgis-developer] How to change splash screen in QGIS 1.8 and where is the location of that splash acreen in qgis 1.8 ?

The splash screen is complied into the resources of QGIS and currently
can't be changed at runtime.  If you need to change it you must
recompile QGIS.
