[Qgis-developer] libqgis_core.so. 1.9.0 missing , how to solve this problem?

Alternatively do this before launching QGIS:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/jack/apps/lib
/home/jack/apps/bin/qgis

This does not require root permissions.
