[Qgis-developer] QGIS Server 1.8: empty map with VERSION=1.3.0

Thanks Marco,

arghh, I knew there is this difference between 1.1.1 and 1.3.0
I was originally accessing QGIS Server from mapcache but there must have 
been another issue.
Now all is working.
