[Qgis-developer] Multilanguage plugin development

My super old Metaedit plugin demonstrates how to do multi-lingual. I
believe we partially translated it into 2-3 languages.

As others said, changing all your Qt Strings to be wrapped with the .tr
then allows you to generate a file for Qt Linguist.
