[Qgis-developer] For geologists: 3D geological boreholes

I continue my work with Python and 3D with modules like visvis and
matplotlib. After drawing a surface from a point 3D shapefile or a shapefile
with z attribute, I can now plot drill holes beyond the surface. 
Normally I do it with GRASS GIS, but it seems to me that this approach is
very interesting, awaiting Globe
