[Qgis-developer] upgrade PyQt/Qt versions in Osgeo4w to 4.8? QTiles needs them

I was testing the QTiles plugin with QGis dev from Osgeo4w. It doesn't work
[1] because a line of code calls QImage.fill(QColor) which is a signature
supported only since Qt 4.8.
Looking into the Osgeo4w installer options, Qt libraries are 4.7 yet.
Are there plans to upgrade them?
