[Qgis-developer] Splash screen for 2.0

we can re-introduce the rounded rectangle when we can deal with circular
arcs and compound geometry in QGIS ;-)

I made the request at Swisstopo regarding the copyright question. I did
not hear back so far. Probably this is not an everyday question.
