[Qgis-developer] "Pen width" in line decoration

After a recent update of the code all the arrows in topology
views (db_manager) are rendered with about a double thickness.

If I open the Style tab of the layer I can see that
"Pen width" is 0.6 for the Line decoration and 0.5 for
the Simple line components, but the line decoration is more
than doule as big. It's still more than double if I set it
to 0.5, only starting to look the same at 0.2.

This is happening with commit:fe6b4ad

Can anyone confirm ?
