[Qgis-developer] Problem with Annotation Text

Hi List,
I have been creating a map with Annotation Text, see attached image.
I've been testing with Windows 7 64 bits, Ubuntu 12 and QGIS 2.01 and QGIS
1.8.
In all cases the top buttons do not work

Font, size, Bold, Italic, Color not work.

It is a known bug?
