[Qgis-developer] Splash-Screen and About Dialog

Hi Anita, the reference there is really not nice. the rest of the design 
is super, but I really dont like that. also, all the startup messages 
appear there.

IIRC, Andi got prtmission to just include the copyright in the about box.

so for me -1 for this and +1 for the one you made without the reference.
