Thanks! Succesfull. Biggest hurdle was that I was in the impression that
the libocci.so.12.1 was the mail lib, but it appears that
libclntsh.so.12.1 is the one you need.

Will do some connections testing and test with qgisserver, and write a
blog article about it.
