http://issues.qgis.org <-- should probably go to (?):
http://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/index.html#bugs-features-and-issues

http://api.qgis.org <-- this fails to resolve (extra '/html' in url?, and
still keeps api.qgis.org domain)
should probably just go straight to http://qgis.org/api/ ? (Which is not
much of a difference, but I think still better.)
