Seems this is a general Processing bug and if I'm not wrong it worked fine
before parameters refactoring.

Actually service area defined with two boundaries:
 * upper, which include closest to the starting point nodes/vertices
that not accessible
* lower, which include the most distant from starting point nodes/vertices
that still accessible
