[Qgis-developer] Silence "Plugin approval notification"

The messages would also be a lot more useful if they included the plugin
description and changelog. Without those, I've no idea what the majority of
the plugins do, or whether the new versions are of interest to me. +1 for
getting them off the dev list, though.
