</P>
<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I hope to build QGIS on a Windows XP Professional box.</FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">msys.zip, Qt-4.3.0-mingw, Bison-2.1 and Flex-2.5.4a-1 are all installed.</FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I have followed closely the instructions "Building under windows using msys" in the user_guide_en.pdf document.</FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I have successfully got to the compilation and installation stage but have encountered the below error.</FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">How do I correct this and complete the build?</FONT>
