I think metadata is very important and I was wondering<BR>
if it is possible to integrate this functionality into qgis app<BR>
directly. This way metadata info could be seen in metadata tab<BR>
of layer properties dialog. For file based layers metadata could<BR>
be an xml named as layer and some information could be updated<BR>
automatically, for example when was last modified.<BR>
