just get redirected back to the list of plugins at <A
href="http://pyqgis.org/admin/contributed/python_plugins/list">http://pyqgis.org/admin/contributed/python_plugins/list</A>.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

put up plugins based on the development stream of Quantum? I can set the QGIS
minimum version to 1.5, but it will only work with more recent builds.
