Hi Pulkit

You need to modify the WFS provider to refetch the features after
changing the view extent ( but it should not be difficult ).
How to refresh QGIS layer (WFS Plugin)

I'm a new QGIS user. I'm using WFS plugin to connect
my QGIS client to a WFS server.
In WFS plugin there is an option to restrict WFS to
fetch features within the current view extent. I'm
using this functionality and it is working fine, but
the problem is that after loading a layer if I want to
pan to different area then it won't fetch the data
again. So I want to know if there is any option to
refresh the layer so that it can fetch the data
according to new view extent.

Thanks,
