<p>Mmm empty list interesting... which icon has your installer? An android wearing a qgis or the Q logo alone? I just had the empty list issue as well due to my storage being unmounted. Do uou have an sd card in the phone? Where is the qgis installed? <br>
Did you try to install via pc? Get android sdk, Get the apk, then adb install path to apk? <br>

Still no joy for me: the installer comes up with an empty list, and the main package refuses to install, as usual. But I understand you have more urgent issues, I'll be patient :)<br>
