</blockquote><div><br></div><div>Right now it&#39;s &#39;too early.&#39; :ˆ)  I have two tools to finish, a sister plugin to make ready, and some messy code to cleanup first. Then, it can actually offer the tools to build and deploy a complete plugin from within QGIS, and I can maintain the plugin code. (There is, of course, more &#39;bells and whistles&#39; and useful features that can be added later.)</div>
