In the venue can be hosted more than 100 people. For example some
2 weeks ago in venue rooms happened such event like Garrage48 (

2) Would it be in your company?
Our company also lives in this place but the "official" place is
Valmiera Business an Innovation Incubator.

hotel/hostel/.... Is there a nice place nearby, where we all can
stay? See in google docs. We can try to reserve one of hotels or
student dormitories for all participants.
4) What about train connection from Riga?
Yes, something we have :) See in google docs - " Travelling
Riga - Valmiera - Riga"
5) When would you be able to do the hackfest? This autumn? Or
anytime.
We prefer this autumn, but it can happen also in other time.

During the Lyon HF we discussed some options where the next
hackfest could be located. But we didn't make a decision. My
offer to held the HF in the Linux Hotel in Essen/Germany at
beginning of october is expiring in the next two weeks. I
have to book the venue early because it is very popular for
FOSS-Community events. How can we make a decision? The exact
date of the hackfest is 3.10.-7.10.2012.
