For me -1 to have a globe in it - I would prefer it more abstract.
-1 for me too. looks too much of a drawing.

My "I'd stop right away working on android qgis since I could not touch this logo ;)" designs:
- all designs by Yo.Design [0] they all look like a navigation tool
- most (all but 356, 307 and 308) designs by O-DESIGN, they are all pretty boring and not really modern, the convoy me the similar feeling the old logo gave me, a tool for geeks and nerds (which we probably all are :) )
- designs of dakcarto [2] because of the globe and hands in the logo looks too much of a drawing. as I said above I like abstract. see below for one I could live with
- 58, 53, 52 by Andyzendy [3] looks like recycling icon
- 58 by Andyzendy [3] looks like a win 3.0 arrow

My I could live with touching this:
- 356, 307 and 308 by O-DESIGN
- a mix of 335 (the Q) and 280 (the content of the Q) by dakcarto
- 51, 59, 63 by Andyzendy [3]

My I'd enjoy touching this:
- 387, 386, 385, 341, 65, 64, 57 by Andyzendy [3]

My I'd stop using linux only to be able to touch this even more on android:
- 50 (and derived 389, 55, 54) by Andyzendy [3]

Ciao
