    I may misunderstand this sentence about <a

      href="http://hub.qgis.org/issues/7941">bug #7941</a> : "on OSGeo4W

    the file "ntf_r93.gsb" is in the "proj-datumgrid" and the "proj"

    package depends on it. So it should be there."<br>

    In my case, the file "ntf_r93.gsb" is the proj folder but it does

    not work. I must miss something.<br>
